Mammo Knife Linac System

6 MeV Linear Accelerator dedicated to Breast Radiotherapy.

Basic configuration:

Self-shielded system
6 MeV accelerator
Multileaf collimator
Rotating patient table
Anti-glare beam block.

The system operates radiotherapy with the patient prone instead of supine.

Benefits:

Isolation of the breast from the other organs which allows for superior and faster treatment.
Reduced breast / patient movements for more precise treatment
